Community Projects

The purpose of the Community Projects program at TRU School of Business is to assist local organizations with management support and expertise. The support is provided by business students who are nearing completion of the business degree program and all projects are supervised by the faculty. The projects allow students to apply their knowledge and also make a contribution to their community. The students bring expertise in most areas of business including marketing, human resources, business planning, process improvement.

Areas of expertise include:

  • Human Resource Management:
    Recruitment, Selection, Training, performance management compensation, team building, change management, labour relations, OH&S.
