Community Projects
Overview: The Applied Projects program of the TRU School of Business and Economics offers a limited number of local organizations the opportunity to serve as clients for business students applied consulting projects. These projects are coordinated and guided by senior faculty.
We are interested in working with a range of organizational types including non-profit, for-profit, and government organizations.

Carly, Christine and Nicole 3 forth year business students (human resource majors) completed a project on volunteer recruitment and retention. The group conducted a thorough analysis of Overlander's exiting practices and made a series of recommendations for improvement.
