2011-12 Preview

This marks the fourth year that TRU has had a golf program. The WolfPack came out of the gate in 2008-09 with a bang, winning the Canadian College Athletic Association Championship.

in 2009-10, it was a bit of the sophomore jinx. The team did well but it was hard to follow up on such a dramatic start. The WolfPack were led by the Gruber brothers--Adam, Brett and Mark (all of Kamloops, BC)

2010-11 sawthe WolfPack play host to the CCAA Championship in October . They finished 14 th with Adam Gruber winding up in sixth place and winning the PING Fair Play Award. In BCCAA Play, the WolfPack finished fourth overall.

Playing out of the Dunes at Kamloops,Professional golfer Bill Bilton Junior is back as head coach. Ironically, he was the coach when the old University College of the Cariboo had a golf program in 1998-99.
