Badminton Team Info

WolfPack Badminton

The WolfPack Badminton team is coached by the Athletic Programs longest serving Coach. Brad Pape has coached the program for over 20 years. He has twice been named the BC CAA coach of the year (2007-08 and 2009-10) and the Canadian College Athletic Association's coach of the year (2007-08).

Player Garrett Babichuk was named the TRU Male Student Athlete of the Year for 2007-08. Marlee Mertens was named TRU Female Athlete of the Year in 2010-11.

The team is expecting a number of returning veterans and new recruits. A highlight for them will be hosting the 2012 Canadian College Athletic Association Championships in March at the TRU Gym.
