French Language Sports Camps
The French Language Sports camps are back this year! After years of successful camps we hope to continue the tradition. Brought to you by TRU Athletics and Canadian Parents for French - Kamloops Chapter. These camps are designed and intended for children in French Immersion school programs, children of Francophone families and those that speak French. All instruction and communication at these camps will occur in
French.
The French Language Sport Camps will be run twice over 2 selected weeks during the summer: July16-20, 2012 and August 13-17, 2012. Each week will include camps for children in the age groups of 7 to 8 (Juniors) and 9 to 11 (Seniors). Each camp will include training and introduction to a variety of sports, plus special activities such as scavenger hunts, attending the Rock Climbing gym and TCC Pool. These activities have been included to create real life opportunities for children to use French, in fun situations with amazing and creative instructors.
French Camps will start at 9:00 am and run to 4:00 pm. Early drop off is available at 8:00 am and late pickup may occur until 5:00 pm with registration of these camps.
2012 Fees:
$230 for Non-CPF Members
$220 for 2nd or more children in the same family of Non Members
$210 for CPF Members
(Please include your CPF Membership number on your application)
$200 for 2nd or more children in the same family of Members
