WOLFPACK VOLLEYBALL SHOWS UP IN FINAL REGULAR SEASON CIS RANKINGS

Kamloops, BC: The final CIS regular season rankings are out and both of the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack Volleyball teams are mentioned.
As they have been all year, the WolfPack men’s team was in the top 10 rankings. Although, their final regular season weekend sweep at the hands of the University of Calgary Dinos dropped Pat Hennelly’s crew dropped from sixth to 8 th spot.
Other Canada West teams in the final top 10 of the year: Defending CIS and Canada West Champion Alberta Golden Bears led from wire to wire to finish first. Calgary remains third. Brandon moved down a spot from fifth to sixth. Trinity Western jumped from 8 th to seventh. Winnipeg and UBC round out the top 10 at ninth and 10 th.
On the Womens side: The WolfPack women finish in 13 th spot in the top 15. They received votes in the final three weeks of the polls. There was no change among the top five: Montreal, Alberta, Calgary, Trinity Western and UBC. Brandon and Manitoba were the other Canada West teams in the top 10. They were tied for sixth.
