WOLFPACK SOCCER PLAYERS NAMED TO CCAA ALLSTAR TEAM.

Kamloops—Four members of the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack Women’s soccer team and one from the Men’s team were named Tournament Allstars as the Canadian College Athletic Association Soccer Championships came to a close at Hillside Stadium.

Fifth year keeper Shannon Kelly (Kamloops, BC) was named on the All Canadian Women’s team along with teammates Cailyn Newman (1st year, defender, Sherwood Park, Alta), Anca Duncan (1st year, midfielder, White Rock, BC) and Shannen Meyer (3rd year, defender, Kamloops, BC).

The lone member of the Men’s team to be recognized as an allstar was Davis Stupich (1st year, midfielder, Ladysmith, BC).

The WolfPack Women won the silver medal.  The WolfPack Men finished fifth at the Nationals.
