• 7:00 am $4.99 Breakfast available at The Dunes
• 8:00 – 9:30 am Registration and Team Photos on the 18th green
• 9:30 am Opening ceremonies on the 18th green. Team captains to hit opening shots
• 10:00 am Shotgun practice round (All power carts must be left at starting holes
• 3:00 pm Ping Skills Competition
• 6:30 – 8:30 pm Banquet at the CAC Grand Hall at TRU
• 9:00 pm Coach’s Meeting @ the Comfort Inn Hotel [Host Hotel]

Wednesday, October 13

• 8:00 am Range and putting green open
• 9:15 am Ladies and individuals head to starting holes
• 9:21 am Shotgun start for ladies and individuals
• 9:30 am Round #1 First tee for men's teams

• 5:30 p.m. Awards Presentations

• Optional practice rounds can be booked by calling The Dunes pro shop at 250.579.3300. Fee is $40.00 tax included per player and coach. Power Carts are only available for Coaches. Players may not ride.
• Scheduled practice round on October 12 is not mandatory. Carts will be provided to each starting hole but must be left in a safe area near the tee box. Carts are not permitted tfor use during this round.
