Driving to TRU

From Vancouver

Take the Trans Canada Hwy east bound. Choose the Coquihalla Hwy to Kamloops. Once in Kamloops take EXIT 369 towards city center. Turn left on Notre Dame Dr, turn right on Dalhousie Drive. End at TRU in 3.5 to 4 hours.

From Calgary

Take the Trans Canada Hwy west. Once in Kamloops take EXIT 370 towards city centre. Turn right on Summit Drive. Turn left on McGill Rd. end at TRU in 8 to 8.5 hours.

From Edmonton

Take the Trans Canada Hwy West ramp towards Hwy – 216. Take a slight right onto Provincial Route 16. Take a slight left onto Provincial Route 5. Once in Kamloops take EXIT 370 towards city centre. Turn right on Summit Drive. Turn left on McGill Rd. end at TRU in 9.5 to 10 hours.

From Seattle

Take the I-5 North to Bellingham and exit on Meridian Street. Drive east and north to cross the border into Canada at Sumas. Take the Trans Canada Hwy 1 East to Hope. Take the Coquihalla Hwy to Kamloops. Once in Kamloops take EXIT 369 towards city center. Turn left on Notre Dame Dr, turn right on Dalhousie Drive end at TRU in 5.5 to 6 hours.
